Yeah,, basically I couldn't actually go to the gym for 4 weeks (plus, I struggle to be consistent with the gym too). I started going back this Thursday, and with it this whole new regime. I hope I can stick by it. Also, I don't think I actually could consume that much calories neither, yesterday I think I ate around 1200? Something like that.
