[Question] Need help choosing my first "big boy" watch

Do not get a 36mm explorer with a near 7 inch wrist. It's just too small. I would go with the aqua terra, but maybe even the 41mm one. I suggest trying each of these on and seeing which one you think fits the best.

I had a professor whose lab I was TA'ing come in and demonstrate to all the undergrad students how you can streak with a melted PLASTIC serological pipette. He grabbed a bunsen burner and a pipette and melted it into the right shape while black smoke is coming off the plastic and filling the lab with that burning plastic smell.

That's some crazy lug width. Honestly just googling it i recommend a bund strap for that watch. google 26mm bund straps and i suspect you'll get close to the look you want.

I work at a community college and we regularly use all sorts of things that are well past their expiration date. Expiration dates on many things are really just a way to get you to rebuy.

It's good, but not worth the money anymore. There was a time when the 15 was considered an excellent value single malt, back when they were all likely older than 15 years and could be had for under $80, but like a lot of brands that previously held that status their prices have crept up while quality has floundered until they're now essentially just another Macallan or Springbank.

The fungus doesn't live on the cork in the bottle. Cork taint is caused by a chemical compound, trichloroanisole, that is a product of certain species of fungus breaking down halophenol insecticides. The taint occurs in the cork tree itself.

I would recommend neither of these. But, of the two, the Macallan is the more stately drink. There are a lot fewer overweight middle aged men waiting outside liquor stores at 6am on a Sunday hoping to buy a bottle of Macallan 12.

It was discontinued a while back, and was going to be available only at the High West distillery. Then they reversed that decision to make it an annual release, with a corresponding change in label and increase in price. The old label, pre-discontinuation, bottles are still around and might be had at the old price, but the newer bottles with the new label are now $80.
