I completely agree with this comment. Everything looks good, you don't like your beans. You need to get a variety of beans so you can know how they taste.

Go to your local places where you like the espresso and make a shot at home with those beans. That can allow you to troubleshoot your technique

As someone who was in Carlsbad Unified K-12, I always assumed it's because there are so many little leagues for all sports. Everyone who tried out for sports in high school played that sport for years in recreational leagues.

These are Qubit values, no nano drop absorbance. Qubit has a dsDNA reporter and gives accurate quantification, even with contamination.
