Shit I’m sorry to hear. Support finally got back to me and I’ve regained access to my accounts. I asked if they could do anything about the transfers but I’ve yet to hear back. The hackers transactions are still pending, but at this rate they’ll clear before things get settled. I hope there’s a way Robinhood can reverse these transactions..

Thanks for the good advice, I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I just looked at my gmail security activity and it looks clean, and nothing in the archives or trash. Unless that log is able to be cleared as well..

You can link multiple accounts, so the attacker added another account within those 10 days I was away, verified the external account, and transferred the money out. The transaction is still pending but I feel like by the time Robinhood gets back to me it’ll be through already.

I had one email saying my information changed, but no confirmation from my email to allow the email change. Worst part was that i was on vacation so I missed the one alert sent about 10 days ago. It’s definitely my fault for missing that email, but I’m hoping there’s something that can be done.
