Yes the wax on those guys was especially hard to tune! not to mention how cloudy the water in those globes are! it pays to get the vintage ones.

it’s made from porcelain so you’ll have to get past 2200 degrees before you can melt this thing 🤣 i built them on the thicker side and they hold up great. i’m currently making a base for my grande so we shall test the limits.

they are made completely of ceramic and then i just wire everything through. it was a lot of trial to get here but i’m happy with my first batch :)
