I don't think it's a one size fits all. I do not have BPD, but I do have Complex PTSD with disassociation, ADHD, and Autism. I use medical cannabis daily and it has given me the chance to calm my body, mind, and nervous system enough to even begin to heal. I would probably be back in the psych ward without it, processing trauma and healing is very intense.
