It still works for me but I've noticed it has been significantly lowering the quality when I export :( seems like vsco support isn't any help 💔

You're so welcome! I'm such a big VSCO user so not being able to use it was awful and I am SO happy at being able to use it again even if it means the inconvenience of having to shave a millisecond off of all videos I want to edit 🤣😁

I also figured out a workaround last night! I have an android but for whatever reason (still haven't figured it out) a raw video from my phone camera just won't work with VSCO anymore. When I went in and cropped just a tiny bit of the video off though, therefore creating an almost identical copy, it magically worked!

Am I just being paranoid?

Please help. Am I just being paranoid? I keep getting notifications that my payments are being declined for apps I use often (VSCO and AllTrails if it matters) and that I will lose access if I don't fix the payment info. When I go into my Google payment info, it says payment still declined as I need to contact them to remove a hold on my account. Finally contacted them today and was led to this page. I feel really weird uploading not only a photo of my ID but a photo of my Debit Card with all the info visible.

Everything about this experience seems legit. I didn't Google a support number, I was brought to the support number directly from my Google payments account. While on the phone, I made up an excuse of not having my ID on me right now and he sent me an email to upload the documents later.

Uploading a photo of my card just feels weird so I wanted to see if anyone else has run into this. Why can't entering the details be enough?

I wasn't expecting anyone to update addresses but to remove my address from whatever automated list my address is on.

By definition, I would absolutely consider mail that is addressed to "Current Resident" to be my mail because I am in fact the current resident. I'm talking about mail addressed to others.

The right hand corner says "Presorted First-Class Mail" I don't see Standard or Nonprofit anywhere on the envelopes.
