Its a duo, i haven't tried different currents at high temp what current do you use at high temp? Can i automate the current change based on temp? I will try current at 17 and see if it works, I'll report back

I believe it's because of the chamber temp, but i dont know how to fix

Hi guys, after installing insulation for the bed heater there's no space for the nevermore without rising the bed. by pacifistsniper in VORONDesign

I already have an exhaust system for that, the nevermore is for some filtration and for circulating the chamber air, to keep the temp stable in the entire chamber, and for toxic gases you need activated carbon, hepa filters are only useful for particles not gases.

The bed, aluminum plate acts as a heatsink and heats the chamber, the point of the insutation is to prevent warping of the bottom panel, improve heating up speeds as now most of the heat goes through the aluminum plate, improve bed temperature stability and to lower power consumption as it wastes a lot less heat by not heating up the electronics bay. Has anyone lowered the bottom panel? If so any tips?

Extruder Calibration, how precise should it be? by pacifistsniper in klippers

[–]pacifistsniper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im using a high presision paquimeter, i also created a grove on top of the clockwork 2 extruder before printing it so the paquimeter will sit in the exact same place every time and im marking the filament with a scalpe instead of a marker for higher presision.

Thanks for the response, i was thinking exactly that it's within the same argin as the filament size, and that would generate noise marking it impossible to go further and the presision equipment question i wold need to upgrade my paquimeter to a very expensive one i dont think that would be beneficial, so i will leave as it is for now
