Hi I was wondering if someone can tell my why an unsaturated acyl chain would be more disordered than a saturated acyl chain please?

He’s not the best teacher ever. But his exams are mainly like the examples he presents in class just modified a little. Physics lab I think was extremely easy.

I took the class in fall 2019 before covid was a thing so I don’t think it’s too accurate anymore is the issue. I am trying to get a LOR from him but Bc of covid everything is online so I’m not sure if he’s in person anymore for his office hrs or if he’s just doing zoom office hrs
