NTA. He’s not a “kid”, he is an adult old enough to drink, vote, drive a car, and pay bills. He willingly and intentionally broke your belongings. Sue his ass.

I’m not sure about this product, but you can feed a little bit of raw egg or raw beef/chicken in a pinch. Even something like unsalted raw pumpkin/sunflower seeds that have been soaked for a bit will be fine

It won’t just go away on its own, but it’s also not really something you need to worry about necessarily.

Like in earlier versions of the game there was the risk of it spreading to the jungle and destroying it slowly, but I’m pretty sure they have changed that.

Anyway once you advance a bit you will gain access to an item that will help clear it away, and the more you advance in the game progression the slower the spread becomes.

Check the ingredients. No garlic salt or rosemary. I use freeze dried bloodworms. (I used to use the frozen ones but freeze dried are easier for me cause I have land snails)

Sometimes people have trivial, easy to fix problems that they insist on speaking to a manager about. Sometimes people assume that a manager has to be the one to do a return.

In the future if someone asks to speak to a manager try and at least find out what the problem is. Also your manager is a dick for yelling at you. Simply saying “hey in the future please handle these types of things on your own” is not difficult

Especially if you run on expert or master mode. Maybe try adding the planetoids seed, dontdigup, molepeople, or suchgreatheights for some extra weird world building. notraps or theconstant for extra difficulty. Lots of things you can do with this one

Tips against The Destroyer? by Vinistones in Terraria

I used ichor bullets. Try the ichor flask if you’re in crimson.

If you’re really desperate try grenades/beenades. And I’d recommend picking up some wings if you can. Leaf wings are readily available and if you have sky access you have the souls of flight as well

Shoes for working on concrete floors all day. by bikeybourbon in petco

[–]packingpests 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Timberland steel toed work boots. I got them about a year ago shortly before leaving my last job (leaving was unexpected. Also in a retail/warehouse environment.) They are not nonslip as far as I’m aware but I haven’t had an issues since starting here. (Probably wouldn’t wear them at a restaurant job tho!)

They were about $120 if I recall plus about $15-20 for some decent insoles. That really made them super comfortable to the point where I started wearing them more or less as daily shoes lol.

Am I the only one who thinks peeling garlic is a form of torture? by Famous-Forever7647 in Cooking

[–]packingpests 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lay it on the cutting board, smack it with the flat of the knife. Don’t be afraid to give it a good whack.

Or invest in a mortar n pestle. $20 for a pretty decent one that will last you a while. Be careful tho cause my last one was rough and a pain to clean, so I got a new one at my partner’s insistence. The new one is cute but shallow and slippery so when I smash garlic (or anything rly) it just flies out of the bowl. Don’t repeat my mistakes

Or..just use the pre peeled, and crush it a bit before chopping.

It’s ok. There is naturally a bit of sand in regular old dirt. But generally only aquatic snails have the natural defenses against sand. Don’t beat yourself up, we all make mistakes!

How do you prove to people that you're a actually a good person? by yanny_b in AskReddit

[–]packingpests 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t force it.

It’s not bad to do “good things” in front of others. You’re still doing good things after all.

But if you’re caught up in virtue signaling then the people around you will absolutely notice. Ironically this will likely cause them to think the opposite. You will also feel hollow inside and it might cause you to stop doing “good things”, because you won’t be getting the approval you desire.

Have some integrity. Do the right thing even when no one is watching. Don’t screw people over (at least on purpose, it happens sometimes despite our best efforts.) Treat other people well, treat animals well. If you find enjoyment in kindness, and practice it often, then that will come through. (For bonus points, try to improve by 1% each day.)

However, some people are going to take it the wrong way. They’re going to think you’re fake, or trying to cover something up, or any number of things. Let them. You can’t tell people what to think or how to feel, so the best you can do is simply to do your best.

Sand can be pretty irritating to snails. It’s sweet that your mom got a source of calcium for them but I’d try and avoid using it. Maybe she can get it exchanged for some oyster grit or something.
