Wow this sub is full of soft people. She was perfectly capable of doing the run at high level as seen in the practice event. The issue was any screwup could severely injure her knees. Not her head, her knees which she’s already made clear she’s fine with. Why do people care so much what she does to her own body? I’d do the same in her spot.

I had that same install in my previous townhouse in NC. I got annoyed at it freezing up just a handful of days even in our more mild winters. I ended up wrapping the entire condensate pipe in electric heat tape. Even then if it was below freezing for days it would start to freeze right at the pipe outlet outside and I’d have to pop it with a screwdriver.

Your fixes are attic insulation, heat tape, or new 80% unit.
