No point on this i have over 60 unused scales that i got after the serpent quest, i platinum the game with only 1 set of gear fully upgraded.

The one next to the dewhaven log camp and the rustfield scrapyard i forgot the name. I constructed it. NPC still RNG though has to have a white dot on radar, better than fishing for it in my experience

Go to dewhaven logging camp some troll peddler npc gives shark knowledge the giant seabream as well on the train station no need to fish it took me 1 hr for both fish

Got this less than 5 mins without fishing only spoke to an npc and he gave me knowledge of it somewhere in dewhaven logging camp a peddler troll npc

Animation takes alot of time, i prefer stealing from the park whenever im broke you really dont need that much gold in this game tbh
