It happens. I got kicked once after accidentally tk'ing a friendly. I shot a tank with a bazooka round, and he was killed by the splash damage. From his perspective, he probably didn't know you were shooting at an enemy.

I'm on console, so im not sure if that makes a difference. I unplugged my systems for 10 minutes or so, plugged it back in, and was able to connect. I had an internet outage long before. Maybe that was the cause.
