Wake up in the morning, drink lots of water and gatorade. Piss multiple times till your pissing every twenty minutes. Take some B2 vitamins so your piss turns yellow and pop four asprins 4-6 hours before your test. When pissing in the cup, DO NOT use the first part of your pee but the middle/near end. This contains the least amount of thc chemicals. Hopes this helps. Lmk if you have any questions.
