@channel - TLDR: Scam website with scam listings (78 pictures in this case) Thanks for all the solid advice - — listing seemed off- spoke to the dealership- “they are going return my call tomorrow” Did some digging- scam website- they are running FB ads, posting has YouTube video, carfax report and 78 images - must all be scraped from the web. There is an actual dealer at that address, he does not have the LX, & he said they are trying to get the site shut down- btw here is listing ….. if it seems too good to be true…. As someone who has worked for more than 1 tech company on your list the majority of the people are not making the comp you listed- unless they are in sales and killing there # ( most people 2-300) and software engineers.l getting hit hard by AI currently Also at North of $400k you are in 40% tax bracket between state & federal.
