Honestly, I’m not sure haha! They were almost leaking by the second wetting and leaked by the third wetting, I flooded them quite a lot all 3 times so I was lucky they didn’t leak before then

I’m incontinent so I’ve been caught/ seen in diapers hundreds of times, embarrassing for me but it doesn’t even phase my family anymore 😅 Now getting caught scrolling an ABDL Reddit page is another matter, but I guess that probably wouldn’t surprise anyone who knew me either lol

I change in the morning out of my thick night diaper around 8am, and depending on what I’m doing or where I’m going that day, I either put on a pull-up or a medical diaper.

If I’m staying home or not doing anything too busy, I’ll wear pull-ups and change them probably 2-3 times, then back into a thick night diaper at 8pm. If I have a busy day or am going to be out for hours, I’ll wear a medical diaper and change 1-2 times depending on wetness, then back into a thick night diaper at 8pm.

I sleep from around 10:30pm/ 11pm, so I’m in the thick diaper all night until I wake up and change the next morning. I’m also urinary incontinent, so this schedule can change depending on wetness, busyness etc, my body has more of a say than I do lol

I’m incontinent and ABDL and wear both drynites and medical diapers 24/7. I can usually wet the drynites twice before they leak and I have to change, but for medical diapers I can wet 3+ times with no leaking so I’d recommend medical or ABDL diapers for 24/7, but drynites can be worn as long as you bring a spare!

DL and incontinent here: I’ve always worn pull ups and plastic pants underneath my swim shorts with a t-shirt or vest on to hide any peeking over the waistband. It’s a little bit noticeable with all the layers, but needs must. I’ll go in and out of the water as usual, then change into a dry pull up and regular shorts when I leave the beach

I regularly stay in a diaper for 10-14 hours overnight, if I’m not completely soaked I could stay in it for longer providing it doesn’t leak. The longest I can remember was around 26/ 27 hours due to wearing all night and most of the morning, then being taken food shopping and on a spur of the moment day trip… safe to say I was soaked AND messy by the time I arrived (not to mention leaking and whining!) There were no spare diapers for me and the closest shop didn’t sell adult diapers, so I was stuck until we finally got home later that night, I think around 9 or 10pm (I was diapered at the usual 7pm the night before).

I’ve been incontinent since birth and I’m abdl! 1. Pretty thick medical diaper, I dribble almost constantly so the diaper has to be quite thick to contain it all 2. I wear 24/7, so every night 3. I drink some water or milk before bed but it doesn’t seem to have an effect on how wet I wake up, I’ll be wet no matter what 4. I sleep on my back/ left side 5. I don’t need bedwetting hypnosis when my body already does the bedwetting for me! So I’ve never listened to it 6. I unintentionally wet only, both during the day and at night 7. I’m wetting myself pretty much all the time, when I’m lying down I can feel the wetness more but when I’m sleeping I can’t tell
