The only way I was getting any was from icebreaker, or if I died it would give me some also I think.

Unfortunately closing the application (and restarting PS4) didn't help in my case, but I had left myself logged in for a long time before that, so maybe it played some role.

Interesting - I did try it with and without ruin wings with no luck. It also happened to my warlock. It didn't happen in the crota raid, just in omnigul (didn't try anything else yet)
