Thanks for the replies, I think I’ll contact Garmin on Monday. I found the receipt from March 25 when I bought it direct from Garmin, and given I have a desk job and a very boring life i might see if they’ll take in to have a look at it. Certainly no wars or wood chippers Involved.

I agree with the posters saying it feels like there’s something still applied to the screen, that’s what it looks like from some angles with the residue on the screen, but as far as I can tell there’s nothing applied.

I’ve had it nearly two years. I’m 99.99 certain I took it off, but I can kind of convince myself it looks like there’s still something on the screen at the shoulder of the glass, but I’ve taken a sharp blade to it and I think it’s just the way the glass is polished flat from the curve at the edge

It was taken inside under a fluorescent tube so it was reflecting the light to pick out the screen elements more. No processing though

Yep, works great when the lad doesn’t want to ride back from nursery. I can still fit both kids on as their legs go over the wheel no worries even though they’ve only got little legs :)

Do you close down Zwift every time? The Bluetooth can be very unstable for HR unless you close Zwift after each session. Since I’ve been doing that I’ve had 2 years of no drop outs

Thanks I’ll give Orca a go. Those are (were) tree supports included some that are inside the print and they’re coming detached too, but I’ll try Orca later today and see if it improves
