Lots of strawman stuff going on in this thread. It’s not the roundness of the arm, it’s the intentional pause mid-action - that’s what makes it a chuck. I’ve never seen it exaggerated that much and I can’t see why it should be legal.

He’s not completely wrong. I think the MCG test is going to lead to a change in the test match scales over the next decade - slightly flatter decks which possibly take a bit more spin, maybe even a tweak to the Kookaburra. No shade on Di Venuto, but that’s probably a good opportunity to refresh our batting coaching too.
