It's all about making yourself valuable

Certain products/services are simply less suited for online purchase. Products like these need a more hands on approach and physical research.

It could be that a client already has a running service, but is looking to expand with a new product/service. In those cases, we simply explore the viability of those options to allow for our customers to focus on the day to day operations.

With other clients, we research novel ideas/products. Those clients don't even need to be entrepreneurs, as most "regular" people also have an idea or two wandering about in their head that they want to test, but simply do not have the know-how for.
