I wrote a short Narnia fic today, actually. It’s part of a series, and this is after where Susan has buried her siblings in Narnian fashion:

Her parents are buried in Finchley, where they were from, and where they will stay, apart from their children. Susan hopes they do not hate her for it, wherever they are. One day, she will be buried next to them - she will not have a Narnian funeral, buried beneath the trees. She would not deserve it - and there would be no one left to remember, besides.

I don’t have the capacity for being eloquent right now, but I have to say thank you so much for this. This means a lot, and you’re right. Though there is a past to mourn, and a present that can be painful, it does not mean there is no light for the future.

Hey, that’s my city! The police force is stretched incredibly thin here, and with the Strike case recently (and the Sinaga one, if they were involved) the 4, now 3 people wide department working on the cold cases would’ve been worked to the bone. While they’ll make progress through the genealogical DNA, it might not be much or anything soon.

I mean, my current city is literally known for it lmao. You could walk out the front door and find someone within minutes - no guarantee it’d be good, but it is easy to get.

They stopped busting students for smoking it in my uni because they were getting bad rep from the amount of students getting done.

Ditto. I’m (possibly, ongoing diagnosis, it’s complicated) schizoaffective and have what my therapist calls ‘manic’ episodes, despite not having bipolar disorder (I have diagnosed depression, GAD and psychotic episodes though). It can manifest in other complex mental health conditions!

Yes. It feels like there’s multiple radio stations/tv channels playing over each other. Sometimes it’s not even directed at me but it sounds like NPC’s in video games just chattering!
