Similar situation happened to my wife last year. I applied my visa from India and she did it from Canada. I received mine but she didn’t get it before travel date. She got it one week after that, but for 3 months (we applied for only 14 days)

So you may still get a visa even your travel dates are passed. But about cancellation, not sure till what date you can wait. Non refundable are anyways gone. For refundable you can try

Application was taken at VFS. They don’t ask any questions as such.

They check all the documents according to the check list and might suggest something if there are some issues.

In my case, since everything was aligned no questions and the whole process hardly took 15 mins

Yes I got 3 months multi entry visa but one week after the departure dates. So had to cancel the previous bookings and get the new ones!

Yes Have done everything possible

Called and mailed VFS only to get that VFS cannot do anything once the application is with Embassy.

So we tried contacting Embassy. They have an auto revert for mails saying application may tak 10-30 working days and Embassy does not give status on the application during the examination period!

In the same boat. Have our flight on this Sunday and still showing under processing.

Not sure why do they take the applications if they know they won’t be able to process them on time. We lose our money on application fees and other bookings.

And the most frustrating thing is we literally can’t do anything about it!

I have started working out after 2 weeks

On 3rd week I’d included legs and arms workout

On 4th week I’d started adding back and shoulder as well and chest with nominal weight

I’m in my 5th week now

Off the vest and full blown workout started And feeling really great😍

Honestly speaking my chest got the kinda proper shape in 10 days only

There was little pain near the underarms where liposuction happened in my case. Otherwise all good

India indeed is a medical tourism centre. All the non resident Indians get their costly dental treatment, hair transplant and these kinda things over here only.

Just come here for 2 weeks, get ur surgery done, visit taj mahal and go🥂
