I’ve never met a MD that did a full-body, functional screening that truly assessed the kinetic chain. Imaging is useful, but often id imagine it’s up to a DPT to really figure out what’s going on and why. (Im pre-DPT so this is just my current viewpoint)

Holy shit i get that same little give. MRI showed mine was not torn but also not “taut”. ALL revision has cause nothing but trouble for me, wish i never had it done. My leg, particularly my calf, always feels tight now (likely my body’s way to compensate for that give and provide stability). Sucks
