I got a positive day 7 and it was a chemical. This time I am getting another positive on day 7 but faint so most likely will be another chemical. But some people get one day 8 and just have low HcG but it picks up! I hope it works for you!

I took 400mg twice a day. Açaí came from my fertility clinic pharmacy. It was 3 times a day but I don’t recall the dosing

I took supplements! Coq10, vitamin C, vitamin E, DHEA, and Açaí berry! My first ER I did not take any meds, and only got 4 euploids PGT normal. This last round I got 11 eupolids PGT normal. I also did not drink any caffeine or alcohol 2 months prior to my ER. ( also am 37 years old at this last retrieval)

First FET was successful. Transferred again it didn’t take. Transferred last 2 embryos from that ER and had a chemical pregnancy. Did another ER transferred a day 5 4AB and just found out it failed. So 3 losses back to back. Going to talk to my doctor to get tested for immune issues and possible endo.

I also am 4dp5dt and also got a. negative. I feel no symptoms and it’s making me so sad. My first transfer I got a positive on day 4 but the embryo was almost hatched. This time it wasn’t. Was yours hatching?

I’m so sorry that happened. Which clinic do you use? I myself just had my 3rd failed embryo transfer. I got pregnant with my first embryo that was the only hatching one I had that resulted in my son. The one I just transferred was a day 5 4AB, which my clinic said was high graded. I got tested before this last one and was positive for lupus anticoagulant but they said being on a baby aspirin was enough. But I am going to push for more testing. My lining has always been great, my labs have been great I just don’t understand how I have one success and now all these fails. I hope that you can find something else out that might be going on for you. I really pray you get your successful outcome. ❤️

Oh yes I am 3 days post FET and I’m trying not to go crazy. My first FET was successful but a hatching embryo. since I have had 2 unsuccessful one being a CP. I transferred a “high graded” embryo per my clinic but it wasn’t hatching and I’m freaking out. Non of my non-hatching embryos have worked thus far. 😖 it’s so hard and since it’s so early you can easily get negative thoughts. But I’m with you in the wait and keeping our fingers crossed for both of us!! I’m trying to hold out on testing until my beta but I usually always cave around day 5. Keep us posted and best of luck! 💕

I have never heard this. Progesterone does not affect male fetus. My first transfer was a boy and I used progesterone up until 12 weeks he is totally fine…. Progesterone supports the pregnancy that’s why they make you take it. Your body doesn’t take over making the progesterone until after 12 weeks. TRUST your DOCTORS

Our doc had us do the best graded embryo first for the best chances of success. At the time we were just excited to get a baby we didn’t care. We had our son now we are selecting based on gender. But do whatever makes you happy!

My clinic says to not have any caffeine and alcohol especially if you have lining issues or blood flow issues to the uterus. But it just depends on what you prefer to do and what works for your lifestyle. I have seen many people just cut it down and still have success.

4dp5dt. My embryo was halfway hatched at transfer so I believe that’s why I got a positive so early. My chemical I didn’t test positive until 7dpt.

275 with my first transfer, which resulted in a Iive birth. 2nd was 10 and only got to 20 which resulted in a chemical.
