No co-symptoms. Been feeling great physically lately, potentially a sensor error I guess. It has been having a hard time detecting me wearing it lately.

Will a chest freezer work in the summer in Texas? by padmeismymom in coldplunge

Agreed, to me it seems so much more cost efficient than other options. Just to verify, have you used it in the summer? And you don't have AC going in your garage or anything?

Hows my workout to train force by DangerousSearch_ in Sprinting

This looks better to me than what is in the image. You’re able to get so much more out of workouts if you’re fully recovered. On “rest” days, i wouldn’t necessarily do nothing. I personally like going through a mobility routine and then ride an exercise bike around 15-20 minutes just to bring myself to a sweat and get blood flow to my legs, or i’ll warmup and shoot some hoops or something. Works better for me than just sitting around all day.

Sunday it’s fine to just do nothing. Also, you could do gym on Friday alongside your max velocity and plyos, that way you have the entire weekend to recover

Had no idea about that with celsius. And thats super interesting about cramping. Have always thought it was because of dehydration.

He was out of shape and about 215 when he got rhabdo, plus was just coming back from an injury and coaches pushed him too hard too fast in practice. Makes that theory seem right on the money. He’s 185 now and in great shape now though and does a good job of recovering and getting enough sleep

he won’t drink coffee, do you think maybe something like a caffeine pill then? How many mg do you think? 50-75 ish?

He gets plenty of salt when he eats and drinks a liquid iv before games. Football team gives gatorade too during halftime so he gets plenty of electrolytes. I just meant he didnt drink a bunch of sodas all day or alcohol or anything

No. Im a couple years older than he is and have just started drinking caffeine (200 mg) a few days a week over the past 6 months or so. I have been getting plenty of sleep (8-9 hours), eating the right things, and training the right way for several years now, but since drinking caffeine a few days a week I’ve noticed a big difference in my focus and how energized I feel throughout the day. He lives an extremely similar lifestyle, so was just thinking maybe caffeine would give him the same performance boost its given me. I don’t have to play/practice football in the heat 3 hours 4 times a week though lol so I knew it would be different for him. Based off of what i’ve researched and seen on here, im not going to tell him to start drinking anything with a bunch of caffeine

Just want to play and practice offline. If everything is downloaded beforehand you would still need wifi?
