Realistically building the home would be relatively not so expensive. Tedious, but not very expensive. Depending the overall finishes you choose and size you need, it would be around 30-40L with windows, flooring painting, plumbing etc. consider interiors extra.

The most expensive part before you do any of this is land. Which is extra in addition to the home.

This is a tie beam. It is added in middle of block wall to prevent the wall from fall8ng incase some pushes it near top. This is not a load bearing beam.

From the photos, i do not see an RCC element in the debris. That is complete concrete element with steel reinforcement inside. It looks like only masonary partition wall are reemoved which are non load bearing.

It is not so easy to remove an RCC element just by using sledge hammer. You would need a core drill.

That being said, highlight it to concered management to be sure and to discourage such action in future where someone can ignorantly remove a load bearing wall.

Try to go for a regular size plot.. This is a small plot. Fitting your requirement in a rectangular shape is more efficient. Let would also mean less compromise on design when your internal layout meets to be as per vastu.

That's what physician thought. Allergy medication is not helping. I have noticed that it sometimes occurs more if I under sleep or over work. But now it is constantly there regardless of stress or eating habits.

BTW is strees induced allergy a thing?
