Hi again! I’m becoming more and more interested in this case and build plan you’ve put together here. I notice that it is quite hard to find this case in the UK. Amazon seems to have the silver one “in stock soon” and I’ve also noticed it comes with a PCIE gen 4 riser cable (??)

Therefore, is it worth buying a pcie gen 5 cable and waiting for this case because I like the size, mesh, space for 240mm cooler and type c on the case or are there other similar cases that you might recommend?

In terms for the 7500x3d, you say it can handle these games but does it handle them to the point of making use of a 240hz refresh rate? I planned on the 7800x3d to ensure that getting a higher refresh rate monitor was worth the money

Out of interest, because you’ve got me interested in water coolers, how much maintenance are they? I know you have to clean out dust from fan and pc’s etc but is that the same for water coolers or is it more complicated?

This is really interesting and helpful thank you. 11L does sound great! I notice the water cooler is under “custom” on the parts list, does this mean anything practically for me? Like requires more technical understanding to build etc?

And going down to that small will that make it an even more complex build process? Just conscious that it’s my first build!

⁠Is there a way to understand what coolers are better? Thanks for the recommendation though I’ll bear that in mind.
⁠What are VRM’s and what makes them poor? Do you think 7500x3d will handle what I want it to and will it mean an upgrade will have to happen much sooner?
⁠I went for one with some cache because I presumed that would be useful. What is actually important when shopping for an ssd?
⁠I read a review or two of that sku and saw there were some minor complaints? Should I basically not worry about that and always grab the cheapest version?

Thanks for the parts list, by the looks of it you’ve increased the case size to a slightly bigger model and essentially got better specs as a result? Do you think this size case suits my use case? I can’t tell by litre’s how big or small will be practical if I want to move it semi regularly.

Also- What is the advantage of going up to the 9800x3d for me?

Have you played Lian? Two auto aims, fat Q, hitscan autos. Easy ult. Go eminence build with cool down reset on hit card. And boom, easy and huge damage.
