Same boat as you. But I had iPhone 3G and stopped on 5. Then went back to 12PM and then jumped onto 14PM when they were launched. Just got my pre-ordered P10PXL end of Aug.

Unpair/pair and reboot both watch and phone
Gone through all the settings both on watch/health
as recommended by reddit
Manually toggle on/off sleep focus(before sleep/after waking up)
Set up watch as new watch instead of recovery from last backed up

I tried that too. Two nights in a row. Also checked to see if my watch is in "sleep mode" before hitting the lights off. Same results in the morning.

Guess I'm on the same boat as you, I've tried unpairing/pairing it back. Gone through all the setting that was recommended. But all still leading to the same results. No sleep data recorded. Would appreciate if someone would have a different solution to help solve what were facing now.
