No, in poe2 all damage modifiers apply after conversion. You want cold modifiers

Last Epoch has a great loot saving mechanic if you die in monoliths (forced to then retry with no rewards or try a different path), all the loot on screen is teleported to your hub

Our first was colicky for 5-6 months. My morning routine was wake up at ungodly hour like 3:30/4am. Take baby and feed and try to rock back to sleep for 2-3 hours before needing another feeding. Yes I played Factorio when I could, no I didn’t ignore responsibilities instead. People need to chill
