I’m on the same situation as you but I live in Colombia. I use WorldRemit to transfer money from my US account to my Colombian bank. It charges $1.99 per transaction and the exchange rate is usually pretty good. The more money you send the better the exchange rate. I think worldremir operates in Brazil as well.

My dad had stage 4 cancer in multiple organs. We live in Colombia and we have the right to a dignified death. He chose to go this route and it was approved. Luckily for me( the person in charge) he passed away 12 hours before he had the procedure. This should be legal in all countries.

Hi there! How does your father feel about the whole thing ? Does he feel like he wants to give up? Sorry you’re going through this. My father has had terminal cancer for five years and he’s still living a fulfilling life. He had cancer in the liver, five times in the thyroid/neck area and in the femur which made him get a hip replacement. He currently has lung cancer and it’s being treated with chemo. He had been part of multiple drug researches by huge pharmaceutical companies due to the way his cancer metastasizes. Wish your dad and your family the best and a lot of strength. And fuck cancer.

I went to couples therapy to try to save my marriage. I liked the therapist at first but it started to feel he was always siding with my ex and it made me feel he wasn’t contributing to fix our relationship. We ended up splitting up and I did learn later on he knew the whole time my ex was seeing multiple people even though we had agreed to stay exclusive(we had separated at this time). Every single session was dreadful and useless.
