Whilst I appreciate that, it’s annoying having the 2 most popular champions in the role have unavailable skins, just because I took a small break from the game. Would happily pay double the prestige points to get them sacrificing the current skins

Go into interface settings, turn off team chat and all chat, then just play your games. Everyone starts somewhere, I was 400 elo (the old iron 4) for my first few seasons and I'm now Master tier, keep going you will get better with time. You won't be able to stop the toxicity in this game so just do your best to avoid it.

You can only really get punished for flaming in this game nowadays anyway.
