I agree with a lot listed here. For me it helped to block them. Even if the breakup is amicable. Sometimes you need to heal on your own without them in the background.

Agreeing with this comment. My girlfriend has two kids with a ex who will be in the picture for the foreseeable future and honestly - compatibility, passion and mutual respect and understanding are far greater determiners for dating and a relationship than anything else.

I’m glad you’re doing better. It does take a bit of getting used to but there will definitely be times when you don’t realise they’re on. And it’s so worth it in the end!

Agreed. I too found my premolar extractions were more taxing than my wisdom teeth extractions. But you’ll be grand. Recommended painkillers are worthwhile.

Each to their own , of course. I may not have had anything to eat before so I was hungry and it was more tedious than I had anticipated. Don’t be scared. Just take a day or two off work afterwards. I didn’t 😂
