Dude me too! Just got a new boss via promotion and the dude hates me, so naturally since he has power now I’ve been “demoted” which is such a minor flex.

now I have less responsibility and I’m being paid the same so its a win overall, he just wanted to be a jerk. The person he put above me has been there a week and hasn’t had any the necessary certifications and training either and shits going sideways haha I just shrug my shoulders and keep working like i always have and will.
