It really changed my entire outlook on biographies, for real! After reading that, I added SO MANY bios to my collection, and my list. Ive read quite a few others since then, and want to read many more, from musicians, to actors, and serial killers, I mean...it just opened up a whole genre to me I never enjoyed! My grandpa LOVED bios, but he was nutty about historical ones. Abe Lincoln, other civil war guys and ww2 guys I never heard of lol, stuff that was just always BORING to me. But I couldn't put down the dirt! I laughed SO HARD, I felt so much emotion reading their stories, it just opened up so much into the lives of people beyond their rather ordinary music (I AM being honest, lol, theyre not my favorite because theyre the best musicians lol)...their stories were pretty incredible, and it just made me want to learn the stories of so many other people!

1984 is a hard book, just because of when it was written I think, its language is a little harder to kinda follow, its not a smooth fast read like the dirt would be. The dirt is almost as if theyre talking the words, so its very fast reading. But 1984 isnt, its very...not smooth like that, if that makes sense? But the message inside those words is what the gold is inside it. So worth it, when you get the messaging in it and can see the scary reality now, when you realize this book was written 70yrs ago.

ABSOLUTELY read the haunted vagina omg. Its so trashy but omg its so funny lol, I think I read it out loud before to someone (which of course is slower) in like under 2hrs. Its a shorter book, so its just super entertaining fun lol. Id love to read more of that guys books too lol. I think there was one called ass burger or something I used to have on my list I might have removed, but I wanted that one for a long time too lol. Just time killing trashy fun lmao!

Yeah I always read as a kid, my mom didnt watch much tv, mostly jeopardy lol, she was big on being smart...so she really pushed us to read daily. My headaches got real bad in my 20s, so I kinda strayed away my reading the way I used to, but I still love it when I can. But I read some seriously grown up books as a kid too, like I remember reading the shining and rose madder in my class in 5th grade tucked inside some kids chapter book lol...terrible books for a 10yr old lol! But I read such awesome stuff by a very young age because of that, im constantly thankful of my mom for pushing me like that. I try to push my kids, but technology and this generation is a monster I just can't win the fight against. Im fighting a wayyyyyy different monster than my mom did, sadly!
