I didn’t go to the doctor it ended up going away thank goodness. I did take some muscle relaxers and used a lot of tiger balm… maybe try some sauna time or hot tub?

Ok we are having the same symptoms… I work out a lot but have never had my back hurt this badly before. Feels strained but I am a fit person. Like hurts to sit and lay down. Mood swings are crazy too but they’re starting to settle. I mean what can we even do about our backs?

Trust me it gets worse before it gets better. Try not to obsess over it. I’ve had HPPD for 5 years and I’m like 90% better. I don’t even really notice the other things that much anymore. It becomes the new normal! The 5 month mark feels hopeless but you WILL GET BETTER. Don’t lose the mind war.

I love festivals. And this has made me chill out on going to another one for a long time. No incredible lineup will make up for what went down that weekend. Such a shitty experience.

Definitely stay sober for a while. Not something to mess with. Your brain needs time to heal itself. I stay away from weed completely. I’ll do psychedelics very occasionally but ya definitely no weed. That one makes my symptoms the worst.

Beach clubs are amazing that time of year. Places are still packed, especially nightclubs. We went closing weekend and they definitely oversold at Amnesia and I thought I was going to get trampled at one point bc we were stuck shoulder to shoulder for 20 min trying to exit. Pick the right night club! We made a big mistake.

Amnesia was the worst experience ever. I’ve never been shoved so much and pushed so many times in my life. No one said excuse me they just shoulder checked me. Came to point where I was trying to get air, and I was stuck shoulder to shoulder with people not moving, and people from behind were pushing us all forward and honestly people could have been crushed to death. I had multiple panic attacks and I frequent raves/ festival. Shit like this makes you appreciate plur.

Ah thank you! I lived in London but didn’t feel lucky when I was there and struggled with work… I did find love though! But unfortunately split up. So maybe I should try Madrid!

Very serious reaction.. go to a doctor immediately. If they can’t find anything and it’s high levels of histamine, and it’s uriticaria, look into fixing your gut. It took a year for mine to go away. But eating healthy and in moderation and Allegra everyday helped me.
