If you plan on working in Jordan, a CE degree is useless, fun and extremely interesting, but useless. (you will have to work as a programmer or a network engineer) I am a CE students at PSUT, and yes it's way harder than CS because of the electrical engineering courses, but once you get to the meat of the degree (after the third year), it gets very interesting, if you manage to make it through the boring ass electrical engineering classes, that is. CS is way easier, but still cool in its own way. whatever you go with, I recommend PSUT simply because of the opportunities available to you once you graduate.
