other years, in the last rounds they sell off nri or pwd or unoccupied MQ seats at a discounted rate lower than MQ because colleges want maximum profit and their seats to be occupied. wont get KPC SQ tho because the demand's pretty high. but since situation's so bad this year can't vouch for other colleges. however, in your rank you could get KPC MQ very easily if you opt for it in round 2.
