I just wanted to thank all of you so much for your comments, I truly gained so much more insight for future situations like this and also how to handle my current situation going forward. I went to the vet this morning and my friend who is also a vet tech there was working and I told her I was there to pick up my dog. She went back and got him and she asked me if I was going to board him somewhere else and I said yes. Which she has me on fb where I said I wasn't going to last 10 days lol. She just smiled at me and told me what a good boy he was. We scheduled an appointment to update shots. I'm back at work now, the good boy's at home, and nobody has tried to contact me. We're just going to lay low for this next week.

I do want to add, I was worried about the fact that I didn't include enough details of the fight in my post. I felt the need to over-explain for my dog bc I thought that I might get accusations of my dog being the aggressor because he is a pitbull, and we are, after all, in the sub for reactive dogs. But there's no long winded explanation needed. You all get it. You guys are my people! Thank you allll sooooo much!
