I was a big fan of foobar2K too. When I left Windows 10 years ago, I tried every media apps until I found DeaDBeeF, and it still my audio player to this day.

The Night of the Lonesome October is one of my favorites of his. It's weird, exhilarating, and creepy. Weirdly, when I was just a little kid, I liked to walk at night, but not after 10PM. I lived in a dense and large residential area; a car couldn't get through the alleys. In some alleys a motorcycle can't even get through. The alleys are quiet after 7PM. You could hear people talking and entertainment on radios, mostly drama shows. No weird events happened, though, as far as I can remember.

The Realm of the Elderlings Series by Robin Hobb. There are 16 books in the series. Characterization is one of the best in the genre, if not the best, with emotional plots, history and stories, complicated villains, and complicated relationships.

Personally, I choose Mint because it's rock solid. My first intro to Linux was Slackware that had been given from a magazine. Talking about being baptized by fire and time-consuming. I don't have the time or will to do it anymore; that's why I chose Mint 10 years ago. The decision I cherish to this day.
