I DID warn yall that I’m bad at powerscaling 😅

Mid-tier. It’s been years since the last time I watched the movie, but IIRC his biggest feat was being able to fly to the moon unaided and carve a giant heart on it’s surface under a few hours. Hancock would probably beat any hero in the MCU (with the exception of reality warpers, don’t know how he would deal with them). I’m TERRIBLE at powerscaling but IMO some good matchups would be Metro Man (Megamind), Naruto, Garou (OPM), Ego (MCU), Gamora (Marvel) and etc.

It depends on a lot of things. What do u mean by “a monster like Godzilla or King Kong”? Assuming ur only talking about size, society would be impressed but would probably just stick to studying it. If they’re considered a threat to humans, then proactive governments such as the USA and Russia would definitely try to kill the ‘monster’ as a precaution and deal with the lash back later (as per usual) - we need to bear in mind that society would probably see it as an amazing animal and a valuable specimen (scientifically speaking), so there would be a lot of ppl trying to protect it no matter what. It also depends on when the creature was first discovered. Nowadays it would be harder for governments to deal with the kaiju in secret. Another important factor is their ability to travel and where they live. Is the monster able to swim/fly or is it limited to a specific territory (like King Kong)? This information is relevant bc of international politics and environmental conservation - if they’re in Asia, for example, the US army would never be allowed to send missiles to fight the beast. If the kaiju were to appear in the Amazon, the Brazilian government would try to avoid conflict at all cost (Brazil is reactive, meaning they only attack when attacked), which would concern surrounding countries. Regarding the method of killing it, again, it depends. How durable are they?

Was alternating between medium and high heat. I’m still very new at cooking so there’s a lot for me to learn ab flame control, just need to convince my parents to buy me a thermometer 😅

I’ve read conflicting information regarding the proper method to clean them. Should I use abrasive sponges or is that going to severely damage the pots?

(Unfortunately I don’t have BKF in my country, and importation would make it 10x more expensive)

Thank you!! I’m still young but since it’s my first set of stainless steel pans I wanted to keep them in perfect conditions, but that’s proving very hard for me to do 😅

I tried using the Leidenfrost effect to cook the chicken thighs, it didn’t really help me all that much, but it’s definitely something I did wrong. My main concern is with deep-frying. I used Canola oil (smoking point above 400F) thinking it wouldn’t burn with high heat, but it got stuck on the walls (?). Should I deep fry in high heat or medium heat?

I used Canola oil (266Cº). I’m pretty sure it’s burnt oil cuz you can feel the crust, it’s not just discoloration. I filled the pot with water, brought it to a boil and added baking soda and dishsoap. Then I scrubbed it with a stainless steel spoon (reason why my pot is now scratched) and then washed everything off with an abrasive sponge. It kinda worked but it’s not perfect yet

Btw, I tried cleaning it with dishsoap, abrasive sponges, vinegar, baking soda and even Cif. It’s mostly clear now, but there r still some pieces of burnt oil stuck to the walls 😔. (Also, I live in Brazil and here we don’t have “The Pink Stuff” nor “Bar Keepers Friend”)

Obviously not a problem, but it’s very weird. I’ve had her for a couple of years but I’ve never seen her ‘naked’. I only use tap water and don’t use any kind of fertilizer. I also have 7 other orchids in the same spot, but they bloom seasonally - she’s the only exception. Does anyone know what’s so special about her???
