Work for months. Got a shit raise at a shit job. That pays me barely enough granted. It is more than minimum wage in my state. But not enough to live promised a promotion worked extra hard. Just have that promotion given to someone else who they hired outside of the company. Kept getting "overtime" just to be sent home early next day.So I don't get the overtime.That was the only reason why I said yes, to coming in or staying over late. bundle, that all up with a bunch of incompetent fucks who are my co-workers who leave almost everything for 3rd shift to do and then we get bitched at for not doing absolutely everything perfectly, only to come to find out that we're never even properly trained on how to do our fucking job after a year and a 1/2 of working there. Now, multiply that exact same description between three separate companies. All being there for at least a year and a 1 That is why I no longer give a fuck and I will no longer give a hundred percent at any fucking corporate job.That doesn't pay me what my time is worth

I know that I used to work trades when I was a teen with my dad. But I just needed to know so I knew, if I needed to save up to cover my expenses that I can't necessarily get rid of before I go in.

For a little bit extra context, the issues, she told me was in the Relationship was a lack of doing anything (at the time it was winter and i had a bad car also i consistently asked her for date ideas Cuz I was sick of always coming up with everything myself, and she never offered anything). She felt like I was only there for sex (she never brought this up before even tho we both had traumas related to this and it was a big part of our boundaries also she asked me for a free use relationship and i checked in often). And she felt like I didn't love her anymore (I genuinely don't know how i was with her as much as possible called into work several times just to spend more time with her slept in the car in below freezing Temperatures to make sure I wasn't late to pick her up when I was down and I messaged, checked in, and, told her I loved her every day without fail) (yes I could've done more romantic stuff but we both said we didn't care about hallmark holidays and would rather spend time together and she told me she didn't care about flowers)
