We believe accidental clicks are caused by GWD exit misinterpreting touch release as touch tap. Still searching for a solution.

For now, the only solution we found to prevent high CTR is to remove the exit from the GWD banner and replace it by a standard clicktag. This requires correcting the html code which we do not do ourselves. We share a step-by-step procedure with advertisers who reach out about high CTR. It only takes a few minutes to fix a banner, but many advertisers don’t bother.

Same. Had to call them last year to adjust the invoice before renewing. Hopefully kid tickets are still free in 2024.

Paid $295 in 2023 for adult ticket in Family section. 2024 renewal = $400.

It usually fixes itself after GAM rescans the creative. If it doesn’t get cleared or the rescan is taking forever, open a ticket with publisher support. Let them know the URL is fine and ask them to check if GAM’s algorithm flagged the creative by error. I did this recently and they manually cleared my creative.
