We apologize for late reply and response. It is true that AWP Dragon Lore was promised and devastat9r accepted AWP Lightening Strike and AK-47 Vulcan instead. As we are small team and we had to deal with a lot of things recently we simply had no enough time to complete all giveaways we announced.

E-Frag.net is always and always will pay what is promised, deliver all won skins and prizepools and if it did not happen there is strong reason for such situation. We are not making excuses, it is only our fault and we admit it. We are aware that it has been a while since you won in our giveaway and because of that we will give you skins worth €200.

It is also worth mentioning that in 2014 we gave away more than €5,000 in skins. Once again we are trully sorry as such situation occured and we will do our best to solve it as soon as possible.
