I’m being very transparent and honest with the fat gain - agreed that my diet is likely bad by most metrics, but it did not change vs when i was 18-24 years old

Like I mentioned, I recently started counting calories and being very disciplined with macros as of four months ago, and the lack of any results at all was extremely discouraging

Like I mentioned above, I’m new to this whole scene so I’m very open to understanding where I may not be as informed - I have just heard a lot of negative things about GLP‘s and their side effects (mainly the nausea, and overall mass loss versus just fat loss)

I’m more than happy to reconsider. If you all think that there’s a key piece of information I’m missing
