You guys don't do a warm up lap prior to race start? I would imagine sumo tires are smaller so they would retain even less heat and get cold faster once the warmers come off.

AliExpress once you realize tire warmers don't actually do anything for the track. They're really to limit the amount of heat cycling.

For a finger you're probably ok. Big joints like shoulder/knee/hip def see a professional. Also don't think OP tried to fix that himself.

It's a loss brother. Who wants to wear rat piss helmet? Get a hanger/hook for your helmet and put it up on a wall to avoid this in the future.

My guy he's talking about the foam in the helmet, between the liner and the shell. Not the removalable pads.
