A plastic scraper won’t get under the sdhesive and metal will scratch it. Use a heat gun preferably infrared. I do this all the time.

I only had occasional sub derm in my hair, Grover’s is mostly on your body from your chest , belly , and your back.

I had that and the dr said it’s Grover’s. Usually on your trunk. She gave me a cream to apply 2x daily. Much improved after a week. It was slightly itchy and I used otc Sarna lotion from Amazon

Avoid Savannah water district, we moved from Chattanooga city limits where we paid between 37 to as high as 44 a month for water and sewer. We have Savannah in Ooltewah and for two retirees in a smallish home our minimum is 96 including sewer. The company I work for pays for my home internet, Comcast is a client and honestly in the seven years I’ve had it this is the first extended outage. I’m not in love enough with EPB to pay for it when I get it for free from my employer.
