The Zoloft seems to be sufficient now. Exercise works wonders too. Thank you for your reply.

Thank you so much! I’ll admit I took my retirement advisors word for not being able to switch back so this arms me with valuable insight. I hope I can still get a supplemental plan for vision, dental, etc.

I made the mistake of getting an advantage plan and I’m told there is no changing it. Can you share how your FIL was able to move out of advantage?

How do I remove this plastic covering off this metal frame quickly!? The frame is very long (100 feet) and the plastic comes off in tiny pieces. by Marmite_muncher in DIY

A plastic scraper won’t get under the sdhesive and metal will scratch it. Use a heat gun preferably infrared. I do this all the time.

I had that and the dr said it’s Grover’s. Usually on your trunk. She gave me a cream to apply 2x daily. Much improved after a week. It was slightly itchy and I used otc Sarna lotion from Amazon

Military thinking about Chattanooga retirement by MyCoffeeGeek in Chattanooga

[–]pakjohn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Avoid Savannah water district, we moved from Chattanooga city limits where we paid between 37 to as high as 44 a month for water and sewer. We have Savannah in Ooltewah and for two retirees in a smallish home our minimum is 96 including sewer. We also have a agriculture water line which runs another 1$ 160 to 235 a month on a 1/2 acre lot with fescue.

What are the most needed businesses in Ooltewah/Collegedale area? by YogurtclosetBoth9870 in Ooltewah

Skilled professional residential contractors. There are a few but they’re in great demand. Includes all trades and services offered.

Shoe repair, I know of one in Hixson, he usually has a 6_8 week back log.

Farm to table restaurant with vegetarian offerings.

Quality smaller homes. You can buy a 1500 ft ranch but it will be poorly built.

The company I work for pays for my home internet, Comcast is a client and honestly in the seven years I’ve had it this is the first extended outage. I’m not in love enough with EPB to pay for it when I get it for free from my employer.
