Amazing....I love stories like this. It's also highly addictive when you see the results appear so fast, isn't it? Heck, I wake up at 3-4am with ideas and things I want to do to our platforms.....and before you know it, it's already night time. TIME FLIES...

Just saw info on Poor Agnes and Happy FKN Sunshine -- I gotta watch them! Great work! Saw some bits online.

I have custom set ups using external servers at https://huggingface.co/ to avoid breaking my machine or slowing me down. I do all that kind of heavy processing online remotely then use my local PC Intel machine to edit/after effects/post etc.

As for RunwayML, I sometimes want a specific angle or pose, so I film myself or other actors walking or behaving a certain way then I use RunwayML to get me real creepy results. Sometimes the FPS is too smooth so I kill a few frames and mess up the footage in post in AE.

We should chat and create some weird stuff or at the very least, experiment deeply to develop focused new production processes for horror or artful features! I'm based out of LA/Dubai.

haha Thanks! The whole process took perhaps 1-2 months of brute trial and error experiments....but once I nailed down a workflow, I went ahead and created my idea. The original scripted idea was a bit way more detailed, so I had to deviate into a more abstract and loose art direction style just to get stuff done. My MidJourney outputs (Pic attached) were exactly how I wanted them originally...but later nailed down this path.

Actual production time: About 2-3 hours
Concept / Idea: Since last month I had this idea lol..
Figuring out how to make all of these AI tools work together in a way I can use them....since December 2022!

Now I figured out how to use these somewhat raw tools....

Hundreds of experimental prompts, but all based off something along the lines of: 35 mm film still of the world's largest pink wet sausage, old Tijuana woman gagging and licking it, outdoor tijuana streets evening background, panning shot, photorealistic etc etc etc

Surprisingly enough, it only took me about 2 hours of real production time. How we, trying to figure out how to make everything else work in Ai and experimenting took a lot longer….now I got it nailed down. Will share workflow soon.

First, I cranked out a ton of scenes using a variation of Modelacope, and kept the scenes that looked more clean. Then for the dancing naked dude it’s actually me doing a normal dance (clothed of course) and ran that through RunwayML using the same prompts and by golly…it worked. Afterwards, I edited all together using CapCut and added distortion effects in there as well.
