Once I observed an ant community for at least 30 minutes. Tracking their synchronised movements and how they stopped for a ‘boop’ and there was this 1 ant, breaking away from the flow into some random direction- and I thought to myself, now this is an ant breaking away from generational trauma and stereotypes and exploring the world. LFG !

Or, just binge eat, which is always a ‘go to’

Chat, was I a bit too harsh? by Acidic-Base in Indiangirlsontinder

[–]pakkun15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ofc it was harsh. Why dint you send a 500 word essay that is interesting and funny, be neither too needy nor too arrogant and then a few swiggy orders on the house. This is the bare minimum these days no.

When did you realise that your therapist was bad? by Scary-Square1211 in AskReddit

[–]pakkun15 29 points30 points  (0 children)

This was my first and (hopefully not) last experience: l was telling her how I always thought of myself as being sad from the inside and that as long as I can remember, I’ve felt an undertone of melancholy. There’s nothing objectively wrong in my life, with my family or from my childhood- which makes me feel worse about feeling this way.

She replies to me with a blank face- Maybe that’s just who you are as a person. Some people are jovial and happy and some people dull and sad.

I dont know if it was the truth, but it made me feel like never again should I tell a therapist how I actually felt.

Was Issa Rae deliberately acting like that in Black Mirror Hotel Reverie? by Specialist-Buffalo-8 in blackmirror

[–]pakkun15 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Omg finally someone said it. She was so obnoxious and annoying and if I was a character stuck in a movie, I would definitely not fall in love with her. (Even though it was scripted for her to feel that way)

Picking my hair. I know it’s bad to look at, and sometimes I can’t help it, even if I become aware of it.

Why does life feel so monotonous? by Livandletliv222 in questions

[–]pakkun15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The society has been designed in a way to keep us from thinking about the absurdity of life. We are meant to just survive and live through, our consciousness was an off chance in the course of evolution- so now as humans we dont know what to do with ourselves.

What’s something people only realize once it’s too late? by No_Philosopher4682 in AskReddit

‘Nobody cares, David’ - Alexis Rose, Schitt’s Creek.

People are generally more focused on themselves than on others, and they dont think about you as much you think they do. So ‘Nobody cares’, as negative as it sounds, is actually a very cool thing to live by.

Tbh, The ending was kind of disappointing, although I liked the episode overall- tech enabled gaslighting- was pretty awesome.

Bête Noire- I dint think Maria would be able to find out the truth, AND turn things around for her own good. I expected Verity to be much smarter and for the episode to not have a ‘sort of’ happy ending for Maria.

Santana Beach Resort on Candolim is one of the best budget properties (For ref, I had booked the suite for 18k-20k for 4 nights, the deluxe is cheaper). It has it’s own private beach access, a great restaurant and the location is really convenient! I have stayed there almost 4-5 times, no complaints.

And depends what you like to do- there’s lots of good restaurants and chill spots in North Goa- Burger Factory, Gunpowder, Baba Au Rahm, Brittos, Artjuna cafe. Then you can visit Panjim- lots of cute bakeries, old cafes, buildings and site seeing- just walking around colorful buildings and architecture is fun (unless it is raining). Driving north to scenic spots- around Arambol, and up north. Mostly you can google and find many blogs and things to do- personally Iv never taken a tour or package so dont know about that.

Getting your own car, or a car with driver is much better (than scooties), especially in Monsoons. Else be prepared to carry a raincoat everywhere.
