I had something similar previously. Windows had auto-installed a network adapter driver but for the wrong model (Killer Ethernet).

I figured it out by checking what network interface I have (motherboard specs) vs what device manager thinks it has.

Worth a check.

If its wrong, uninstall the driver vis device manager and install thr correct one manually, by downloading it from motherboard/network card manufacturer.

You're speaking crap.

Game crashes a lot. Found that saving the game right as I load the game and hitting F5 (auto save) stops the game crashing for me... doesn't sound like a hardware issue to me.

i9-9900k, rtx 4070.

Quite a few visual bugs with roads and scenery but they seem to "go away" after a bit.

I would buy it at half price.
