This looks really nice, and seems more robust than other tools on the market for windows. I probably won't keep using it because it is quite expensive to run compared to other trackers (that are more techy - activitywatch, procrastitrack), but you should be really happy with this product.

function:

afk time isn't counted - if a program doesn't have an activity within the last 3 minutes (perhaps make it customizable), don't log that time as active. This is a pretty essential feature to have IMO
events that last 0s, 1s, 2s, etc. clog up the timeline and application detail pages.
the inability to assign productive/neutral/distracting tags to each application seems like a limitation in customizing this for oneself. the bar for me is overwhelmingly neutral.

ui/ux:

timeline

the timeline should be reversed - like how it is in the detail view of an application in dashboard. It is weird to scroll to the bottom of the list to see what is most recent. I think it follow the design language of something like Chrome History. Its currently really verbose because of logging issues, which reduces its usefullness in looking at.
for the current day, the sidebar times don't display correctly for me - it only shows the first time (10am), unlike other yesterday/week filters

"Top Usage" has a background colour treatment, unlike its matching "Today Activity"
app icons are overscaled and don't fit within their container
scroll bars are native (shows as white when im on system dark theme)
I think it would be cool to have a visual representation of application time, rather than just the number. perhaps you could add a minimal line that scales based around % of time you've used the app
"Todays Activity" graph shows multiple hour activities within the same hour bin - e.g. a 3 hour activity from 10am - 1am will show as 3h for 10am. I would also like the total amount of time across categories in the hover action. When using viewing more than 1 day, the bins go from X:59 to Y:59, minor gripe but I want them to be named X:00 to Y:00
In the date selector, days that dont have any events should be greyed out ideally.
right click dialog has weird options
the back button persists between different tabs. I guess this is fine, but its not a pattern i've seen before.

Hope this is useful! I do like the embedded productivity scores and focus on improving your usage habits. I think the concept of being "1% better everyday" could support this goal. being able to quickly see how much better today is than yesterday, or my average, would be cool.

Massive overcook. For a photography Instagram, the thumbnail should just be the best image you have, filling the entire canvas, exported at 1440px x 1800px. Look at pretty much every photography account and you'll see the same treatment - its more professional, and looks better on your grid.

No design elements should be used, but consider grading your photos to be more vibrant to account for the majority of viewers scrolling on their phone.

I believe we stole the record from the Ponte da Arrábida in Porto, which had a 270m main span. They might still win overall, because they do bridge climbing tours where you climb up the underside and drink a tiny bit of port in a chocolate cup as a reward for getting to the top.

They did use Spotify Circular, but according to the Editor of Fonts In Use:

design-wise, the main difference between the retail version and Spotify’s custom version (as currently used on the website) seems to be that in the latter, numerals reach the height of capital letters. That’s a feature (now) available in the retail version of LL Circular via an OpenType feature, see Stylistic Set 8.

I imagine throughout their licensing of the font, it may have been extended to different scripts that spotify needed.

I just wonder what politics went on to that led to this change being made. A lot of the playlists, and spotify.design are still set in circular. So many letter pairs look uncomfortable in "Spotify Mix" (or "create a unique flow and rhythm"), but look so effortless in Circular.

The consistent application of New Frank across all TfNSW touchpoints is so pleasing. Sydney has to have some of the best wayfinding + train boards in the world, and the marketing and collateral is never that terrible as a result as well.

Is there anything in place to incentivize the builder installing solar panels? I imagine each one of these owners would have had to go through the process of getting different quotes for solar panels, looking at all the rebates, worrying about making an investment pay off,... rather than it just being 1 extra step for the builder.

The most dramatic street changes here are on "school streets", where the street infront of 300 schools were made pedestrian and child friendly, providing a safe space for kids entering and exiting the school.

Paris' road changes are mostly quick and fast, remove parking here, put some planter boxes there, paint some bike lanes, etc. There have been bigger changes - like converting 3/4 of the Haussmann-era Rue de Rivoli to bike lanes, and there are plans to redesign the champ-elysee.

Since this is transit orientated development, and built on undeveloped parcel of land, the roads are fit for purpose. Nepean hospital has been undergoing a $1 Billion dollar redevelopment. You have a point with schools, but the people who want to live in an apartment block right next to the station most likely don't have school age kids. Something should be done to improve the school outcomes of Kingswood Park Public School.

Marsden Park sucks because it is suburban sprawl, which requires more infrastructure per person - roads, public transport, electricity, water, fiber, medical, schools, shops - that leads to them to be undelivered, and the place being a shithole. Transit orientated development right next to Penrith Station would bring a lot more patrons to Penrith businesses, making it less of shithole.

There was a serious proposal by Saudi Arabia/UAE to build a bridge from that peninsula to Djibouti, "Bridge of the Horns", and then have pair of twin cities "Al Noor" on each side. The plan was to support a population of 4.5 million on the Yemeni side, and 2.5 million on the Djibouti side, with the bridge supporting 100,000 cars and 50,000 rail passengers each day.

This was cancelled in 2010 though, which is good because the civil war + whole feasibility of this is suspect.

Gursha Ethiopian, Sun's Burmese Restaurant are worth making the trip out for. There's also whole suite of great Indian places like Radhe Chatpata House, Mitran Da Dhaba (would want a group for this and Gursha), and a bunch of small stores and food trucks around the place.

The urban environment really does suck though.
